Trouble with setting time zone

how can I toggle OFF the setting "automatic time zone" in my web account settings please? The switch does not work for me. It is set to ON and I can't change it. Thanks.

Hey @Martin R.19, have you tried switching browsers or using incognito by any chance? Are you getting any errors when you click it? thinking face

yes, I tried all those measures but without success...still not possible to toggle OFF. No error message at all.
