pro-rated refund for upgrades if I want to go back to my current level of service?

I'm an individual user considering an upgrade.  I'd likely pay the annual fee. 
If I upgrade from my current level of service to the higher one, then don't think the added features are worth the cost, is there a pro-rated refund if I go back to my current level? Thanks.

The more detailed answer is...

No, you will mostly likely not receive a refund. When you downgrade your account, all you do is cancel the automatic renewal. You'll retain all the benefits of that account level until it's schedule to renew, at which time it will convert back to a Basic account. There are no refunds when you downgrade. The few exceptions to this are if you live in a country where there's a required 14-day refund policy, but in many cases that only applies if you've not used the service, which likely wouldn't be the case.

Your best option... just pay the monthly rate. If, in the first month, you decide the service is for you, then you can change to the yearly option so you can get the better per month rate. If you decide not to, the most you're out is a single month's payment.
