Can't see shared folders in business account

Level 2

Hi, we were working on a team project and ran out of space. So the leader upgraded to another business account and reinvited all of us to join. I accepted the invite, but can't see any of the shared folders. He sent me a link to the folder as an alternative, but any changes I make in the folder aren't being seen by anyone else. So he removed me from the account and tried reinviting me. I still can't see anything, though it says I'm logged into the business account and lists the other folks as members. Thanks for any help.

Hey there @hopeinMT  - how are you today?

Could you please ask your team's admin explicitly invite you to the shared folders you aren't seeing from the shared folder's sharing options? 

If you still can't see any of those, please let me know and I'll reach out to your Dropbox associated email address to work on this together.
