I did not use my account more than a year ago and the data and files were erased. What should I do to recover the data since they are very important?

If your account was deleted due to inactivity (more than a year), then the account is gone and the files within cannot be recovered. Dropbox sends several notifications prior to deleting an account.
You can try contacting Support, but they likely will not be able to assist you.
