missing folder on newly installed at

Level 2

I have dropbox on two different desktops would seem to be working fine. However I just added the dropbox app to an iPad and to a Windows 10 tablet. On both of them, the primary folder I use does not appear on the list of folders. If I go to to selective sync there are about 15 folders but the one I use the most is not listed. How do I get it to show back up on the iPad and the Windows 10 tablet so that I can use the dropbox files on that folder?

Does that folder appear on Dropbox.com?
