Mac OS High Sierra 10,13,6 Dropbox Icon and Folders disappeared

Level 2

I wanted to have the Dropbox icon on the desk top and dragged the Dropbox icon from the Finder menu to the desktop.  This was not very smart and as a result the Dropbox icon and all the Dropbox folders disappeared.  I can find them on the website "Dropbox.com" but don't know how to get them back to my laptop.  Anyone who can help?

Super User II

All you've done is move the finder window shortcut slightly smiling face

Simply re-create a new shortcut in there and it will work fine.
