Dropbox has no such capability to do this - anything that would do this would be implemented by WhatsApp itself as they would need to write it in to their applications to connect to Dropbox.

Thank you Mark,

I have WatsApp on my iPhone & it backsup all data on iCloud, the reason why I wanted to back it up to Dropbox because I am converting to an Android cellphone & I do not want to loose my WhatsApp data & need to restore it onto my Android. Do you have a solution for that?

Have a nice day.

Dropbox has no such feature. You'll be better off asking on forum dedicated to WhatsApp, or contacting their Support directly.
