When entered various tasks and notes in different docs it would be ideal to be able to # those items and see a clean list of only the # items in a seperate # list. Able to edit the individual item in that list. In this way a note in one document copies itself into another list or document. So a sales meeting note with various notes and tasks about various subjects and projects will be copied into that project. In this way management can be done on project level but also reviewed on sales meeting level. When a task is completed on project level it will also be completed in the sales meeting note.
At this moment you can search for # items but you cannot get an list with all info you can edit.
