Can not download any files.

I can not download any files at all. There isn't even an option to do this. I'm sure that I am on a business plan as I pay a monthly subscription. Live chat isn't available and tech emails take 3 days to get a response. Can anyone please help?

You need to provide more information about what you're doing before we'll know how to help you. Are you using the Dropbox client on your computer, or the Dropbox website? How are you trying to download your files? What options are you seeing? If this is on the website, have you tried another browser? etc.

 

If you're paying a monthly fee, you're more than likely on a Plus plan (formerly called Pro) which is a personal Dropbox plan. Business plans cost hundreds per year and include live chat and phone support (depending on the plan you're on). Personal plans do not include live chat/phone, and all support is provided through the ticket system.

Replies take approximately 1 - 3 business days with Plus users getting priority (longer for Basic users).
