Saving to Dropbox from a flash drive

Level 2
Is it possible to upload photos (jpg) from a flash drive to Dropbox without storing them on my computer hard drive? I have years of photos saved on flash drives that I want to consolidate and then archive on Dropbox. Also, do you know if it's possible to compress (zip) photo files without damaging them in order to save space? (probably not your area, just taking a chance) I have a personal Dropbox account. Thanks...

Re: Saving to Dropbox from a flash drive

Hi Marty, you can upload files to your Dropbox account online without needing to save them to your computer first.
Currently there isn’t any built-in Dropbox function to zip up the files prior to uploading them.
Hope this helps!
