mistakenly uploading my files when trying to download a video

Level 2

I was trying to download a video a friend sent.  I think I've mistakenly uploaded my own files.  How reverse this?  I have a dropbox account but use it very rarely.

As I'm not sure I understand your inquiry, could you please guide me through the steps you took to do this so that I can get a better understanding of the matter at hand?
