Hey @SoCalArtist, sorry to hear that you’re having trouble accessing your content through the Files app, I’ll do my best to help you bypass that. So, let's get started!  
 
Now, if you’ve installed 12.2 on your iPad that’s the most Up-to-Date version & you’re also running our 140.2 mobile release, then I’d suggest trying to access these files directly through the Dropbox app on your phone. Can you try that as a workaround once & let me know whether this does the trick for you in your next reply? 
 
Following, if you’re still facing the same issue, could you elaborate a bit on the steps that led you to this error, as well as any initial troubleshooting you’ve tried on your end, so as to ensure I’m advising correctly? 
 
Any other detail would also be very helpful in determining the best next steps & thanks a lot for taking the time to clarify matters for me!
