2 Different Accounts, and an upgrade on one of them

2 Different Accounts, and an upgrade on one of them

Yesterday I signed into my DropBox account with my google email address. Was told by DropBox that there wasn't enough room, so I purchased the upgrade from free to $9.99/month account. I uploaded file and sent.  My app wouldn't open this morning. I tried from shortcut, I tried from program file in file folders. Still won't open. Uninstall and reinstall.  Now when I open on the PC (the only place I have dropbox) it asks for me to sign in to an account. Says nothing is associated with my google email. I need to make a new account. Now I have lost all my history and the upgrade I purchased yesterday.  How do I find my old account?

Hi @MamaMouseA, thanks for bringing this to our attention.

Did you upgrade from the Dropbox site or the Dropbox mobile app?

Are you able to login to the account on the Dropbox site? What plan does it show on this page?

This will help me to assist further!
