Hi All, 

 

I am trying to subscribe , Try free for 30 days 3TB with my card details all vaild card details, its throwing error , "There was a problem completing this request."

 

Please help advise me thanks.!

Hey @Rajesh9021, sorry to hear you're having issues with this.

 

Can you please clarify which country you're located in at the moment?

 

Have you tried another browser or an alternative credit card/payment method yet?

 

If you did and still get the same error, please send us a screenshot so that we can have a visual too.
