Account Disabled when cancelling trial

Hello, I had canceled my free trial days before the due date, and my account ended up getting disabled.

Hi @JamesWilson, thanks for bringing this to our attention.

 

Could you clarify how you cancelled your trial?

 

Was it via the Dropbox site directly, or the mobile app? Were you using a different email address to the one you're logged into now?

 

This will help me to assist further!

It was on the mobile app, and yes I was using a different email.
