Good morning,
I upgrade to dropbox plus and paid for a year, but nothing changed in dropbox. It says im still using the free version and i didnt even got an email. Please help

Thanks for your reply.
I used the website to upgrade and paid using ideal. My bankaccount states the intermediary is AYDEN NV.
I subscibed for a year and paid 119,88 but nothing changed in dropbox.
The website briefly showed a email will be sent, but that didnt happen either (not even in spam)
Fortunately when i looked at my bank account this morning the money got refunded.
So that was a relief.

I upgraded my account to a Plus account. I used the Dropbox website and paid directly for a full year, but my account hasn't been upgraded. What should I do?

I upgraded from the free plan to $9.99 a month (paid yearly) and for some reason, it didn't upgrade, does it take time or can you configure this on your end?

Can you confirm for me, where did you upgrade your account from?
Was it directly through the Dropbox website, or through the Google/Apple play store on a mobile device?
