I’ve had premium account for years through Apple. Received messages from DropBox saying they hadn’t received payment even though I could see payment on my side, as could Apple. Now my acct has been downgraded. Received email from DropBox to upgrade. Clicked on link, signed in entered cc#. Said couldn’t connect to my account refresh screen or contact customer support. I need help with this.

HI I have the exact same issue. Out of the blue I suddenly got an out of space even though on my apple subscription it says premium. but it's linked to an old company email. But that never stopped me having access to the premium account before 

Unable to upgrade
It looks like you're paying for another Dropbox account with this Apple ID.
You're unable to upgrade in the app at this time, but visit dropbox.com/
support for more help.

and I can't contact support as when I use my main email it says don't have premium

Are you signed in using that company email address? The subscription follows the email.

You need to be signed in using the company email if that's the account that has the paid subscription.
