Hi all!
I have a paid subscription for one year and yesterday I got a message that the plan was not active and I had run out of space.
Support said to contact Apple and can't help.
But in Apple subscriptions everything is fine and there are no problems, everything is paid for and active.
As a result, I can't use the service if it's fully paid for.
I have tried deleting and renewing the subscription, but the app just hangs up. Even though it says it's activated
How do I restore service?
