I have upgraded my Dropbox account last month and paid a fee via Adyen.
Now my account is not upgraded, but I have proof that the upgrade was paid.
What do I do? The chatbox does not give me the option to ask questions about Adyen payments.

Is it possible that you're logged in to a different account than the one you upgraded?
If not, can I send you an email, so we can investigate on this internally?
