Being Charged twice for same Dropbox Plus Account (Monthly & Annually)

I have subscribed to the dropbox space via the website and opted for a 1 TB (which now upgraded to 2 TB) space annual fee of $ 119.88. Simultaneously, I'm also billed for the Dropbox Plus Monthly plan from the Apple App store. I use dropbox only on my iPhone.

Can someone please guide me?

Hey @umair_shams - sorry to hear you're having issues with this.

 

It sounds like you may have more than one Dropbox accounts.

 

Do you happen to have another Dropbox account, associated with another email address of yours?

 

Also, what is your account's plan tab showing on the website and in the mobile app on your iPhone? Do you see the exact same email address and plan?

 

Let me know what you find and we'll take it from there.

Both website and Itunes account have the same email and it's one dropbox plus account being charged annually via credit card and monthly via itunes.
