I am paying for several years now a yearly subscription of $132.35. Why my account stopped updating. You are saying that I have a basi plan when I have Dropbox Plus

Can you please let me know if you have received an email about your subscription's renewal from Dropbox recently?

 

Also, did you upgrade through our website directly or via the app store on a mobile device perhaps?
