Buying additional storage space of 1 TB on Basic Plan

My Dropbox Plus Plan is due to renew tomorrow, and instead of $95 per year it is now $120.

I only use a fraction of the 2 TB provided, and I noticed that you can get 1 TB of space as additional storage for $60.

HOw can I downgrade to the Basic Plan and buy the additional space rather than paying twice as much for a ton of storage I'm not going to use?
