Can I create new Enterprise account with data location in Europe?

Hello,

 

I want to create a new Business account and I want to know if I can choose data storage location in Europe because I need to comply with GDPR.

I'm not talking about a data migration, I want data in Europe from the beginning.

It is possible without 10 licenses and other limitations??
