My Professional Trial ends on July 13th, and I'm trying to downgrade back to basic, but when I go into Settings/Plan, there is no option to downgrade the plan. I don't want to be charged for the professional plan, how do I fix this? Someone help please!!

Is it possible that you're signed into a different account than the one you used for the trial?
Any other email addresses that you could have used for a second Dropbox account maybe?
Which plan do you see in the plan tab of your account settings?
