I have been trying for 3.5 hours to update my account because I am out of space. There is a puzzle recaptcha that asks 16 puzzles with counting dice. Every time I get through the puzzle the website freezes. I have tried everything. Clear cache, incognito browser, Microsoft Edge (This new reCAPTCHA has broken your site on Edge. You need to do a QA). I just want to give someone my money so I can access my files. The chat widget help desk couldn't troubleshoot and recommended I submit an email.

Do you notice the same behavior in all browsers?
Also, do you use a computer when trying to upgrade your account or your phone?

I have tried to complete several times. Made an accident on the last puzzle then it asked me to do 14 again!
I just want to upgrade my account.
Can someone please contact me to verify another way?

Due to privacy reasons, we wouldn't be able to upgrade your account on our end.
However, can you also try upgrading using a different browser and an incognito mode?

Yes, I tried on all browsers and had the same issue. I was able to subscribe to Dropbox through the Google Play store on my cell phone without completing the 16 puzzles.
