Can’t cancel my Professional Trial

Hi. I signed up for a Professional Trial but now can’t cancel. There is no “plan” tab on the subscription page for me to choose and then make changes to. Please help, thank you!

How did you initially join the Professional trial? Was it directly through our website?

 

And are you able to cancel it from this page in your account settings?

 

Just make sure you're signed in to the correct Dropbox account.

Thank you for answering. I signed up through the website and I am definitely signed in to the correct account. The problem is that when I go to that page that you linked there is nothing about canceling on that page.Screenshot 2023-02-15 at 3.23.02 PM.jpg

At one point I was clicking on various links trying to figure it out and another screen came up that is very telling. See below where it says at the top of the screen that I need to cancel my Professional trial before trying a Business trial.

If you access your account from a different browser, or a private browsing window, do you see the same thing?

Hi. I previously was logged in on a Mac using the DuckDuckGo browser. I just logged in on a PC using Microsoft Edge to access Dropbox and the view looks exactly the same.
