I haven't received an email from you??
Hey @Bab5, sorry to jump in, but have you made sure that you're looking at the correct email address's inbox?
If you did and still can't find the email from Jay, I'd recommend getting in touch with our support team via this form.
Just make sure to use an incognito window without logging into any Dropbox account and fill in all the relevant information and an email address we can reach you at.
You can then let us know the ticket ID so that we can look it up in our system as well.

Hi,
I'm receiving emails every time someone from Dropbox replies to my issue. For example, I received an email telling me that you had posted a reply. I think I've received 8 emails from Dropbox over the past few days. They've all come to the same email address. But I haven't received an email from Jay. Not sure what to say about that. I guess I'll try to work this through the link to the form that you provided.
The "link" you sent to me to fill out a form takes me to page showing several articles to read. See below. There isn't a form to fill out. What am I missing???
Are you doing this via a logged-in state @Bab5?
Did you try the incognito window or another browser without logging into any Dropbox account?

I logged out prior to clicking on the link and now it comes up looking like this:
What do I do next?
Hey @Bab5, now please click on the "Choose an account" option, choose "Other" and continue filling out the form.
Once you submit it and have the ticket number, please forward it here.

I filled out the form and after I submitted it, the screen switched to this:
I don't see any ticket number.
You should have received an automatic response to the email address you used, along with the ticket number, can you check?

I did not receive an automatic email reply. I have received emails all day long from Dropbox as we've tried to figure this out. Here is a screenshot from my email inbox, so as you can see you certainly have my email address.
Why is this such a difficult process? Do we need to try a different email address? I can't keep spending all this time on this.
