Can't cancel my subscription! And they keep billing me

Can't cancel my subscription! And they keep billing me

I've been trying to cancel my subscription for a few months. It does not seem to work and I'm being billed monthly. I also can't reach any support other than a bot chat. Anyone know how to get in touch with human beings at Dropbox?

Hey @user31, thanks for joining our Community.

 

If you're trying to reach out to our support team from your account and your only options are the Community and the chatbot, you're probably logged in to a free Basic Dropbox account.

 

You might want to check your emails, to find out the address of your paid account and once you login to it, you'll be able to cancel your subscription.

 

If you can't find the email address, you can use our payment lookup tool to help you find it.
