If you're trying to reach out to our support team from your account and your only options are the Community and the chatbot, you're probably logged in to a free Basic Dropbox account.
You might want to check your emails, to find out the address of your paid account and once you login to it, you'll be able to cancel your subscription.
If you can't find the email address, you can use our payment lookup tool to help you find it.
