Have done everything asked of me in trying to cancel this subscription....nothing has worked. Subscription ends today and i don't want to be charged for something i want stopped. HELP,,,,,pat o

Are you still seeing that you're on a Dropbox Plus subscription, when you go to the plan tab in your account settings?
If you see that you're on a Dropbox Basic account with 2 GB of space, it means that the trial has ended and your account was downgraded, so you're good to go.

Drop plus is lite up....
no payments or receipts on account
i still need help with this issue. nothing has been charged to my credit card. Thank goodness. but i don't know what that means. Account downgraded to the free basic and somehow trial subscription ended. I just don't know what is going on.

Are you still seeing that you're on a Dropbox Plus subscription, when you go to the plan tab in your account settings?
If you see that you're on a Dropbox Basic account with 2 GB of space, it means that the trial has ended and your account was downgraded, so you're good to go.

Trying to cancel the subscription. I've gone through the steps under Cancel Your Subscription but the system has me in a loop of Not Recognizing My Password. I need to speak via phone to a live person. What is the phone number. Mine is ... My email is [removed per Community Guidelines]. Thanks.
It shows that I am in the Basic Plan with 2GB's. How do I cancel that? Thanks.
