Can't cancel my trial

I have a problem with returning to the Basic-version after a short trial with a new version (with Photo-synchronisation). My dropbox exploats with Photo's. I will go back to Basic (2gb is enough for me!)

Hey @Hans Faase, sorry to jump in here, but it seems that you're looking at a Basic account, based on your screenshot. 

Can you confirm that this is indeed the case by checking your account's plan tab?

Also, did you make sure that you're using the same email address for the account both on your mobile device and the website?

Yes, I have a basic account; that free account is enough for me. 2GB

I had accept somewhere a free trail with more possibilities for a few months, but i want to cancel that. I have deleted the photo's several time but they come back; even after blocking synchronisation.

Hey @Hans Faase, since you're on a free Basic account, it would seem that the trial is already cancelled.

Unless you have a different Dropbox account connected in the Dropbox app on your phone.

If that's the case, have you tried these steps to cancel the trial?

I cannot found one of those possibillities to cancel. Ihad received the message that my account has been downgraded, but still it synchronise mine pictures even fron the ipad as well the iphone. That is even double for every picture.

Do you mean perhaps that your photos are being automatically uploaded to Dropbox from your mobile devices? 

If so, it sounds like you have Camera Uploads enabled on your mobile app. You can take a look here for more details on this feature and how you can disable it, should you wish to.
