Can't find my Dell promotion

Same issue as many - I have had a Dropbox account for years.  Just purchased a new Dell from Dell.  Looking for the promo offer which I cannot find - other than as referenced online.

If the Dell you purchased was eligible for the promotion, there would be a Dropbox application preinstalled. Follow the instructions in the following help article to redeem the promotion.
