Hi, I recently purchased my HP Laptop that was supposed to have a redeemable 100GB storage offer. However, after logging in with my account, the storage space didn't update to the 100GB neither did I get any other message regarding the matter.

My account is not new, however I don't think I have used the HP promotion code before somehow.

Hello,
I am having the same problem after purchasing a new HP laptop. I saw the promotion in the myHP app, so I logged in to my Dropbox account to apply the promotion, but it does not appear to have been applied to my account.

Hello, I am also having this problem. I just got my new HP computer on 12/24 and created a new dropbox account for this offer. But my account still says I only have 2GB of storage.
