I also saw a post where someone also had the same issue like me "I have my direct debit setup with the bank but when i go to the payments page of dropbox to upgrade the account it shows me only cards option and paypal and not direct debit. My ip address shows that i am in italy where direct debit method is allowed so please help me". I also can't see the direct debit option and I've tried doing it in different browsers as well. And it's been like 1 month at first I thought it was a glitch and will get fix in a while but I'm not able to see it. Please help asap. Thanks

Have you already been using direct debit as your payment method?
Are you trying to change to a different direct debit with a different bank?

Yes but i'm not getting any option to pay with direct debit, it just only showing to pay by credit card or paypal only.

Have you tried using a different browser by any chance? What about an incognito tab on your current browser?
Also, do you follow the steps shown here?

@Megan i already tried in microsoft edge,google chrome both in normal window and in incognito mode and i already followed the steps shown over there but it still shows only can using paypal or credit cards as payment method. Please fix this issue as ASAP.
Hi @AidenPeace, it's possible that this method of payment to Dropbox is no longer available for your current location.
As you mentioned your IP address is Italy, are you actually based there, or are you using a VPN to change your location?
