Can’t send an invite, for the Family plan

Can’t send an invite, for the Family plan

I just signed up for the family plan and sent an email to my son, daughter and partner. My son and partners went through but my daughters did not. Now I can not send an invite again. When I go to invite family member button it brings up where I can type in their email but the submit invite buttoned will not allow me to click on it.

Hello @Mspacek, thank you for posting on the Community.

 

Could you please try to log in to Dropbox, on another browser, and try to invite her again?

 

Also, review this article, which has some common cases about why a user can not be invited.
