Can't update billing info

Can't update billing info

Hello

 

I need to add a new card for billing but every time I try I get this message:

 

'You can’t update your billing information because Credit Card doesn’t support the currency None'

 

I have tried to add two different cards but keep getting the same message. I've been trying at different times over the past few days.

I see others have had the same problem but can't see how it has been resolved.

 

Is there a solution?

Hi there @RebeccaOnline, sorry to hear you're having issues with this.

 

Can you please clear your browser's cache or try another browser and let us know how it goes?

 

If you still get the same error, please send us a screenshot so that we can have a visual too. 

 

If you could also clarify what plan you're on at the moment, I'd appreciate it.
