Can't update my billing info

Can't update my billing info

I was notified by Dropbox that I had to update my billing information and that I will lose my subscription unless I update it. But there is no way to update my billing. I sign in and follow the instructions: click avatar>settings>billing. This leads to a dead end or a do-loop. I just want to update my billing information, and after hours of work, I cannot find a way to do it. There is no way to email Dropbox (responses to their notice will not accept email, and the phone number just says to go to my account, which is not helpful at all.

All I want to do is update my billing information, and Dropbox will not let me.

This is hard to believe, but it is true.

It sounds like your account has already been downgraded if you're not seeing the option.

 

What plan do you see on this page?
