Dear User and support team,

Last year I subscribed to a monthly plan, for that I used my work/company email. Now I left the company and that email was closed (no way to access to it again).

Since dropbox seems to care the privacy of the accounts, I do not care about the files on that account all I want is :

1) I would like to cancel this subscription but do not know how.

2) I would like to obtain the invoices from August to December, because I have to submit them to the company where I used to work, in order to be charged.

I do have the invoices until August and the credit card number used to for the payment.

I would like to get a support asap before this takes too long.

Hi @Maria Rosa, thanks for posting on our Community.

Would it be OK if I reached out via email to have a further look into this matter?

Let me know and I'll use the email address that's linked to your profile here, on our Community.

I'm having the same issue and need help. I've even cancelled the credit card but am still being charged.

I am currently having this same issue. We closed the company and cancelled all the e mail accounts but we left cancelling Dropbox until the end, not realizing we would need e mail access to confirm login.

I can tell you the account name, email address for login, and password, then I will just cancel the whole thing.

Please e mail me at [Removed as per Community Guidelines] so I can give you the information, thanks very much.

Cheers,

Steve

Hi @Steve Stacey, as this is related to sensitive billing info, I’d recommend getting in contact with our support team directly to look into this matter in more detail.

You can do this by opening an incognito/private browsing window, while not signed into your account, and accessing this link, choose 'Other' and then put in an email address that you can access (not the email address of the payer), followed by your billing info.

They'll be able to assist from there on.
