In 2018 I sold my Company to a big New Zealand Corporate. In 2019 I had an acrimonious split with the new Company and lost access to the email address registered to the Dropbox account. The big corporate has never had a need for Dropbox and I certainly don't need it with no business. I have been paying for 2 business subscriptions since 2018 automatically deducted from my personal credit card and cannot find how to cancel the subscriptions or contact Support without logging in, which I obviously cannot do. Does anyone know any way I can either cancel or contact REAL Support without access to email? This is costing me thousands per year which I simply cannot afford as a pensioner. Thanks in advance

No, you don’t need to post your email address on the forum (in general, we advise not to, since this is a public platform and anyone would be able to see it).
I’ve just logged a ticket to the email address that’s linked to your Community profile here. When you get a chance, please reply back to it, and we’ll take a look.
