I have been trying for years to cancel this account. The instructions are confusing and useless ... I haven't used the account in years and now I am charged $166.79 for a service that I thought I'd cancelled but keeps coming back ... like a toothache.
How do I cancel this account? How do I get a refund this latest charges of $166.69

Are you seeing any payments on your current account?
According to your bank statement, are you being charged by Dropbox, iTunes or Google Play?

The email should have arrived to the email address that’s tied to your Community profile here.
Have you also checked the spam folder of your email address and the email isn’t located there either?
I also have a charge for Dropbox on my credit card and all our accounts should be cancelled long ago. The tool to look up the charges does not work. Is there any way to actually reach a representative?
