Were can I see the billing information? It´s not nest to "plan" as they write.

According to the screenshot you provided, there are no charges for February, only attempted payments in January, which would have been for subscriptions ending in February.

Another possibility is that you have another Dropbox account which is being charged, if you're definitely getting a payment on your card.

As you mentioned you contacted iTunes to cancel the subscription, were they able to do so for your account?

They blocked all my apple store accounts, as I told you I can show you screenshots of the bill (11.99euros) on my bank for January and February just not here.

If you're still being charged, then the support team would need to look into the matter in more detail.

You can contact the support team by logging into your account, clicking this support link, scrolling down to 'Submit a help request', and providing as much info as possible.

Once you get a ticket ID from the automated response, please let me know the number here so I can locate it in our system!
