I have been trying to cancel the $54/mo subscription from Dropbox but it is impossible.  I have entered the 12 digit Transaction ID that's been posting on my Credit Card account every month and Dropbox claims they cannot find my account and yet I get billed every month for $54.  Is there a direct line I can call to get this madness to stop???

You'll need to contact Dropbox Support directly. Visit the Support page while you're NOT signed in to a Dropbox account, including these forums, and you'll see an option for Billing issues. It's best to use an Incognito or Private browsing session to make sure you're not signed in.

Hey @ClaireMP, sorry to see you're having trouble cancelling your subscription.

 

This sounds like a monthly Dropbox Business plan. Do you happen to have a second Dropbox account that might be on this subscription?

 

You might want to look into your emails, to check.

 

But if you want to submit a ticket to our support team, you can do so the way Rich suggested.

 

If you're still having trouble, let us know, so we can contact you ourselves.
