Hi, I was trying to cancel a free Plus trial in every ways but it was impossible on the website following the instructions. Then I sent a regular mail to the given address in time before the trial period ended. Still Dropbox is trying to take money from my card as if nothing has happened. My account says I have a basic plan, and that is okay, I don't want to have and to pay for a Plus account. It is totally impossible to get help with this. Instructions do not work, the help center doesn't give proper usable anwers. I need help with this.

Was this resolved? Having the same issue now. Dropbox clearly is not much help on their forums. Put in a support ticket myself but I'm wondering if that will even work or if I should just take this up with my bank directly?
