Cancelling a subscription for former associate with deleted email address

One of my employees resigned, and upon his resignation his email was cancelled/deleted within our corporation.  His dropbox was not cancelled, and no I have no way to access his account so am paying $120/year for an account that is not used.  Please help on how I could resolve?

The quickest way is to reinstate the email, log on and cancel at www.dropbox.com/downgrade

 

If not you'll need to try and contact support via www.dropbox.com/support as its an account related query.
