I have a paid account through a work email address that no longer exists. It charges my credit card on a monthly basis. I simply want to cancel the account and stop the charges. I am not able to sign in because it prompts me to enter a verification code that is sent to the email address that no longer exists. I am not able to reactivate this email address either to retrieve the password so I am stuck.
I am contacting now through another dropbox account with a different email and do not have the upgraded plan. How can I get assistance with deleting this old account and stopping the charges if I cannot gain access to the associated email? Thank you
