I CANNOT CANCEL my plan!!!!! Grrr. I've been at this for over an hour now. I was billed but when I follow the instructions they do not work on my PC or in the app - there is no "Plan" option on the app and no "Cancel" option on the PC.
I followed one link posted here in the community and a message popped up that said I do not have a current subscription.
Help, please! Thank you!
Hi, yes, I followed your link and it says basic. Isn't that free? There was a charge to my bank account of $19 something. I had the free trial but had done my best to cancel it though I never received a confirmation that it was canceled. I believe there should be no charge. Thanks!
I accidently purchased DropBox, I was retrieving photos from a gift from my children and now cannot cancel my subscription.
I followed the instructions to cancel via computer which is how I signed up and the prompts do NOT show up as described! This is extremely frustrating and time consuming!
Someone PLEASE help me!
