Hello, i'm trying to join to a family account. But everytime i click the invitation link, it shows error like this

I've tried using chrome and firefox, but non of them are working. Any other suggestions?

Yes i have contacted support team and here is the ticket id 15844081.
But they are a little bit slow to respon maybe due to different timezone, so i asked here.
