So I bought the plus offer though my ipad because I wanted the 2T storage but it says an unknown error occurred and cannot upgrade. I went to my iTunes subscription and says I’m subscribed but the app tells me I cannot upgrade. Can someone help me please I need to access my files ASAP, thanks.

Open the Dropbox app and tap Account, then tap the gear icon in the top-right. Scroll to the bottom and tap on Restore purchases.
I tried restoring my purchase but it didn’t work it said error domain error 409.

Hello @Megan! No I only have one Dropbox account and when I upgraded it, it told me to contact Dropbox support because error 409 ocurred. Then my iTunes account got charged and I didn’t get anything. I was going to try and purchase it again from my computer but I didn’t want to get charged again through PayPal. Thanks in advance. I also tried to restore my purchase but it continued to say error.

Greetings! I have a problem with the payment plan. So far everything has been successful. Now when I try to pay, I get a message - You cannot make this purchase.
At the same time, the card issuer reports that the payment attempt does not reach them at all. I need help.

How exactly do you try to pay on your end? I'm asking since the renewal of any Dropbox plan is automated, therefore you wouldn't need to do much on your end.
Also, what does your plan page report?
