Hello everyone,
My free trial expired and when I try to delete my account it says that “I have an active subscription in the App Store” but in the app store it says inactive. Also in my “plan” in the settings in Dropbox it shows my plan expired and I have the basic plan.
How do I go about this? Thanks in advance

Could you attach a screenshot showing the plan type on this page?

im not sure why it says I was billed again when I clearly cancelled my free trial? @Jay
Sorry to jump in here, @tj773, and thanks for the screenshots.
So, from what I can see, your trial has indeed expired on Apple's end, but you still have the 2 TB of the Plus plan in your Dropbox account.
Usually, it takes a few days for the account to get completely downgraded and back to the 2 GB free plan.
I would suggest that you give it a couple more days and if you're still having an issue then, come back to us, to let us know.

Can you just try to follow the trial cancellation steps in this article once more, so we can confirm we didn't miss anything?

Can you take a look at the plan tab in your Dropbox account settings now, to see if you still have 2 TB or if you've been downgraded?
