I just purchased the plus package but it’s not upgrading to my account after I purchased it. Under my Apple subscriptions it says I have the account but when I go to upgrade on Dropbox app it doesn’t register so then I go to restore my purchase and it pops up with this error, “The operation couldn’t be completed. (NSURLErrorDo-main error 409.)
Hi @Teaganjessicap, sorry to hear you're having issues with this.
Could you please reboot your device and try to restore your purchase again?
If you still get the same error, please send us a screenshot so that we can have a visual too.

Did you, by any chance, also upgrade your Dropbox account via iTunes and it still shows as Basic?
