Change accounts private (3TB) and business (free) - should be vice versa

I have a question, I hope someone can help:

My friend, Peter, has 2 accounts. One is a 2 GB account (free?) which is connected to his business email and one is a 3TB account (payed) which is conneted to his private email. . He wants turns this arouchanges this. The 3TB should be his business account and vice versa.
